Under this franchise relationship, TCCBI International is authorized to operate a TCCBI Centre and to deliver services aligned with methodologies and frameworks developed by TCCBI Canada.

TCCBI International is authorized to facilitate and administer access to Canadian-certified credentials designed and issued by TCCBI Canada. All certifications remain the intellectual property of TCCBI Canada and are issued under its authority.

TCCBI International and TCCBI Canada are legally and operationally independent entities. TCCBI International is not a subsidiary, branch, or legal representative of TCCBI Canada. All services, engagements, and contractual obligations are undertaken solely by TCCBI International LLC in accordance with QFC regulations and applicable agreements.
